The federal authority safeguarding Nigeria's infrastructure partnerships.

Established under the ICRC Act of 2005, the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission is the apex federal body responsible for regulating Public-Private Partnerships across Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Government of Nigeria.

We oversee the entire PPP lifecycle — from project identification and procurement to implementation and disclosure — ensuring every concession delivers measurable value for citizens, investors and the nation.
