EuroCham Nigeria Annual Conference and Expo 2026
At the EuroCham Nigeria Annual Conference and Expo 2026, the Director General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission, Dr. Jobson Oseodion Ewalefoh, spotlighted how policy clarity and contract sanctity are driving Public-Private Partnership execution in Nigeria, noting that capital only flows where policies are stable and predictable.
He highlighted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to PPP continuity, the impact of the thirteen PPP Guidelines released in 2025, and growing investor confidence in Nigeria’s infrastructure space. He also spoke on how the Commission is streamlining regulatory frameworks to boost investor confidence and ensure that major concessions deliver long-term value for both European investors and the Nigerian public.
The session, themed “Policy, Investment Climate and Business Confidence,” featured leaders from government, finance, and the private sector, with participation from the Managing Director of First Bank of Nigeria, Nairametrics, and other European business stakeholders.
