Hadiza Sani is an accomplished legal and governance executive distinguished by a strong record of leadership, strategic insight, and professional excellence. As Head of the Legal & Governance Unit at the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), she provides direction on legal strategy, governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and institutional policy matters.
She joined the Commission in June 2011 as a Senior Legal Officer in the Contract Compliance Department, where she developed extensive expertise in contract administration, compliance oversight, legal advisory services, and risk management. Through consistent performance and sound judgement, she has advanced into senior leadership with increasing responsibility.
Hadiza holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law, and qualifications that complement her practical experience in navigating complex legal and governance issues with precision.
She is recognised for her composed leadership style, refined professionalism, exceptional drafting skills, and steadfast commitment to transparency, accountability, and organisational excellence.
