As Head of the Legal & Governance Unit at the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), she provides direction on legal strategy, governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and institutional policy matters.

She joined the Commission in June 2011 as a Senior Legal Officer in the Contract Compliance Department, where she developed extensive expertise in contract administration, compliance oversight, legal advisory services, and risk management.
