The Nigeria Institute of Infrastructure and Public Private Partnership (NII3P) is a Limited by Guarantee (Ltd/Gte) institution established by the ICRC in 2019 to serve as a key vehicle for accelerating efforts at putting in place requisite capacity to develop and take bankable PPP projects to the market, as well as implement the projects, so as to rapidly close the infrastructure deficit in Nigeria.

The NII3P is focused on becoming an institution of learning and teaching faculties for all stakeholders within the Nigeria PPP and infrastructure development space, with the intention to extend to the African continent. This in turn will create a community of stakeholders working in a collaborative environment to create a dependable knowledge base, engaged learning and experiences that will form the body of knowledge and the capability to drive PPPs and infrastructure development.

The NII3P offers the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced PPP Classes, using PPP professionals in ICRC as Faculties. In addition, Specialised PPP Classes are offered using ICRC Staff as well as the services of external Faculties when necessary. The NII3P is also in a collaboration with the Malaysian University of Science and Technology for the MBA in PPP programme, and intends to commence the Ph.D in PPP programme in due course. Added to these, the NII3P facilitates the global Certified Public Private Partnership Professsional (CP3P) programme of the APMG for interested stakeholders.
