Komommo Inyang Okoi is Special Adviser Legal to the DG ICRC and Secretary of the Executive Management Committee.

With over 20 years post-call experience in corporate law and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), she has spent 14+ years at the ICRC playing a key role in shaping Nigeria’s PPP framework.

A Certified PPP Practitioner, Komommo has successfully negotiated PPP projects across transport, ICT, agriculture, housing, and education sectors. She brings deep expertise in project structuring, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and is a results-driven legal strategist committed to advancing sustainable infrastructure through innovative partnerships, sound policy development, and capacity building.
