ICRC Advocates Dredging of Warri Port

Mr. Aminu Diko, Director-General, Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), has appealed to the Federal Government to dredge the Warri/Escravos river to rejuvenate commercial activities at the Warri port.
