Welcome to ICRC
Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission
Welcome to the official website of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) – the agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria tasked with championing the nation’s efforts to bridge the infrastructure gap through well-structured Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).
As the Director-General of the Commission, I am pleased to present this platform as a gateway to understanding who we are, what we do, and how we continue to work in close collaboration with the private sector to drive sustainable economic growth and development through infrastructure revitalization.
ICRC was established to superintend and regulate Public-Private Partnership (PPP) endeavours of the Federal Government of Nigeria aimed at addressing Nigeria’s physical infrastructure deficit which hampers economic development.
The strategic objective of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) is to accelerate investment in national infrastructure through private sector funding by enabling the Federal Government of Nigeria and its Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to establish and implement effective Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
